Features
Everything Admit Bearer does, grouped by what you'll be doing.
Registration
Every event gets a public page with a registration form.
- Your own questions
- Add text boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes and dates. Mark any of them required.
- Ticket types
- Early bird, members, VIP. Each type can have its own price and limit.
- Groups
- One person can register a whole party. Each guest still gets their own ticket.
- Waitlist
- When you sell out, people can join a waitlist. They can see their place in line, and you can move them up with one click.
- Promo codes
- Percentage or dollar discounts, with an optional use limit and dates. A code can also unlock a hidden ticket type.
- Packages
- Sell tickets in pairs or groups, or sell a whole table as one purchase.
- Waiting room
- For events that sell out fast. People who arrive early are put in line in random order, then let through a few at a time.
Seating
Guests choose seats from a map of your room, or you seat them.
- Room layout
- Place rows, round tables, square tables, long tables, the stage and the bar. Upload your floor plan and trace over it.
- Theatre rows
- Straight or curved, numbered however your venue numbers them.
- Assigning seats yourself
- Drag guests onto tables. Drag a whole party at once to keep them together.
- Sponsor and VIP tables
- Give a table a name, mark a table captain, or hold it back from public sale.
- No double bookings
- Two people can’t end up with the same seat, even if they click at the same moment.
Tickets
Each guest gets their own ticket on their phone.
- One phone per ticket
- A ticket only works on the phone that opened it first. Forwarding the link afterwards does nothing.
- Screenshots don’t scan
- The QR code changes every 15 seconds.
- Transfers
- If you allow it, a guest can hand their ticket to someone else. Their own copy stops working.
- New phone?
- Reset a guest’s ticket from your dashboard and send them a new link.
At the door
The scanner is a web app you add to any phone’s home screen.
- PINs instead of accounts
- Give each volunteer their own PIN. Ten wrong tries locks sign-in for 15 minutes.
- Easy to read
- Green means let them in, red means don’t. The guest’s table number fills the screen.
- Weak signal
- Scans are saved on the phone and checked when it reconnects.
- Re-entry
- Choose whether a ticket works once or lets people come and go.
Your team
Add the people working your events.
- Staff list
- Names, roles and contact details for everyone on your team.
- Who’s scanning
- See which volunteers are signed in, on which phone, and how many people they’ve checked in.
- Lost phones
- Sign a phone out or change someone’s PIN. It stops working right away.
- Name badges
- Print badges before the event, or print each one at the desk when the guest arrives.
Reports
Numbers you can use on the night and afterwards.
- Seating chart
- Every table, who’s sitting there and who has arrived.
- Guest list
- Search anyone. Filter by arrived, not arrived, or never opened their ticket.
- Arrivals
- Check-ins minute by minute, useful for planning doors next time.
- Registrations
- How many people viewed the page, started the form and finished it.
